Throughout my career, my WHY has been my guiding star: helping people fulfil their potential and make their own contribution to a better world. Each step has brought me closer to the person behind the project.
First came legislative reform: helping democracy take root and grow.
As a lawyer advising entrepreneurs and companies, I helped people turn their ambitions into reality and protect what they were building.
Opening Fortune Cookie fulfilled two ambitions: experiencing my clients’ world as an entrepreneur and realising a dream of bringing people together over fresh, healthy food.
Life then led me to executive search. I founded HolistCareers to place inspiring leaders where their energy and vision could bring out the best in their organisations.
Training as a coach was a natural next step: deepening my understanding of people and gaining the tools to help entrepreneurs unleash their potential.
From vision to execution, I help leaders and entrepreneurs clarify what drives them, strengthen their leadership and build businesses that thrive, while anticipating risks to save time and avoid costly mistakes.
That is what gives me energy.
